We at Matan Welfare Services Ltd. see to it that all our caregivers receive the proper professional training necessary to give their patients the best quality treatment, and consequently have established a professional training center for homecare specialists.
We train our homecare specialists in accordance with the directives from the National Insurance Institute. The courses are held throughout the country and are for Israeli workers as well as for foreign workers.
Today about half of our caregivers are certified homecare specialists. Most of them have years of experience in the job, having accumulated copious practical experience caring for the elderly under the close personal supervision of the company’s professional personnel. In addition, our homecare specialists take part in monthly instruction sessions and lectures with professional speakers, enriching their professional knowledge as well as providing the opportunity for professional improvement.
